We currently ship across Australia. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted for special or seasonal items.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — local delivery is available for select postcodes. If your area isn’t listed, please contact us to check availability.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
At this stage, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
How should I store the treats?
We recommend storing treats in a cool, dry place. Some products can also be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship horse treats?
We are currently refining the best way to ship horse treats to ensure freshness, so they are not yet available for standard shipping.
